• You retain ownership of your business content and materials
• Work products created for you become your property upon full payment
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio with your permission

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Exact social media engagement metrics
• Specific levels of website traffic or conversions
• Results from third-party platforms beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

Canvas & Code's liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• Upon termination, final invoices become due immediately

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
